Having a business plan is very important for you. If you understand who you want to work with, and what you do for them, it helps you immensely! Firstly, you won’t take on clients who don’t fit you. That might sound like a no-brainer, but haven’t we all been guilty on taking on “anyone with a pulse and a wallet” and later greatly regretted it?

In hindsight, it is easy to spot that mistake. But why did it happen in the first place?

Because we don’t understand who you want to work with, and what you do for them – aka a Bookkeeping Business Plan in place – these kinds of things happen.
Wouldn’t it be nice if that stopped?!

By getting your ducks in a row, understanding the importance of a Business Plan, and sticking to it, you’ll find yourself heading towards your goals much faster than you thought was possible.
